Hello and welcome to my tiny world where I spend endless opportunities in the kitchen.  My motto is to cook from the heart and all will come together.

My full time job is working at Rutgers University where I’m a Business Manager by day and at night, I l have turned into a geek who is on Pint rest creating boards and  finding new recipes to create and share.

I’m always three steps ahead when it comes to the seasons and cooking. Early April I’m starting my planning for all things pumpkins, followed by July for the holidays and so forth.

When I’m not cooking or baking you can find me crafting cards, scrapbooking, at the gym, hanging out with friends, listening to 80’s music or being a tourist around my surrounding states.  I love all seasons and I can’t wait to share them with you.

I have been on a huge weight loss journey for the last three and a half years. Cooking and baking doesn’t have to a no-no when you’re dieting.  Everything in moderations, eat until you’re satisfied.

So, grab a cup of coffee, tea, or whatever your prefer drink of pleasure is and settle in. I know we’re going to become instant friends.
